Terms Of Use

Transparency is something we’re big on, so it’s important to us that you know what you’re agreeing to as a valued client of Suspension Mega Store. There are some conditions we would like you to be aware of, by accessing www.suspensionmegastore.com.au you are agreeing to these conditions:

The Website

The website www.suspensionmegastore.com.au (the “Site”) is an automotive shopping website where you can browse, select and order parts advertised from Suspension Mega Store.

You agree to receive communications from us and from our third party service providers and you agree to accept "cookies" and other similar devices used by this Website to perform our services. You also agree that we may call or email you about any incomplete or unconfirmed enquiry you make through our Website. Further information on use of data can be found in our Privacy Policy.


Suspension Mega Store has taken every care to ensure that the information posted on the Site is correct and up to date at the time of publishing on the Internet. We shall not be responsible for any detriment incurred by reliance you place on this Site or its contents. However, Suspension Mega Store will endeavour to correct any inaccuracies once Suspension Mega Store becomes aware of them.

Illustrations and photos contained on the Site are sample representations of the products advertised, and variations may occur from time to time.


Suspension Mega Store has the right to change or discontinue any features of this Site.

As we always seek to provide our customers the most competitive prices, we reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on the Site at any time.

Product Prices

Prices displayed on the Site represent the full price in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Intellectual Property

This Site contains copyright material, registered and non-registered trademarks that are protected by law and are the property of Suspension Mega Store and various third parties (“intellectual property rights”). You must not use our material and any of the marks or trademarks appearing on the Site or our name or the names without our prior written consent.

Product Expectations

The height classifications shown throughout the website are a generalization only. Degree of raised or lowered heights may vary between part numbers and vehicles. Variations can be caused by different accessories fitted, variations of materials used for added accessories, age and condition of vehicle, weight of engine and changes made to the vehicle after install i.e adding accessories or removing constant load. Discrepancies between expectation and results can usually be mediated however  small variations (i.e. 5-10mm) are considered to be within industry tolerances.

Goods on Sold

Suspension Mega Store does not take any responsibility for goods on sold by the customer.

If the customer chooses to sell any parts originally purchased from Suspension Mega Store through venders including but not limited to Gumtree or Ebay in either new or used condition Suspension Mega Store is not obligated to accept a return or issue a refund for warranty or incorrect fitment.

Delivery Terms

Suspension Mega Store offers Free Standard Delivery to most states.

Exclusions apply if the delivery location is a regional or remote area and a flat rate charge is applied as a contribution towards the total freight cost.
Exclusions also apply to over sized or heavy items due to the additional handling costs during transit. Leaf Springs are an example of an oversized or heavy item.

Once your order has been received, it will be dispatched within 1-5 business days. If for any reason your order is unable to be dispatched within this time frame you will be contacted immediately with the revised delivery terms.

The delivery time is dependent on the destination, once in transit orders are generally received within 14 days. Tracking/Consignment Numbers are provided where possible to allow our customers the option to track their order all the way to the final destination.

Generally small parts are delivered via Australia Post and Lift Kits or Bulky/Heavy items are delivered via courier.

Exclusions apply to ST Suspension Coilovers as each coilover is made to order and shipped from their manufacturing warehouse Germany. Delivery information is noted at the bottom of the ST product description.

Exclusions apply to some King Springs part numbers as they are made to order at their manufacturing warehouse in Queensland. See below notes relating to the delivery and dispatch times.

Please note: Free Delivery may not apply to orders of non-stock parts that have been specifically sourced at the customers request or if express delivery is requested.

King Springs - Non Stock Part Numbers

The Order Dispatch and Delivery Times stated above do not apply to all King Springs Part Numbers. Kings are no longer holding stock of the full range of part numbers and non stocked items will require 4-5 weeks manufacturing time. Delivery to the customer will then be a further 7-14 days.

Non Stocked parts are noted in the product description.
(The non stocked items are usually the less common or older models.)

ST Suspension Coilover Kits

The above stated delivery terms and conditions exclude ST Suspension products due to overseas shipping. Please refer to selected kit product for detailed delivery information.

Authority to Leave

Upon checkout the customer has the option to provide Suspension Mega Store and the Freight Provider with an Authority to Leave. Authority to Leave refers to the goods being delivered without someone present to accept the delivery.

If Yes is selected the customer authorises the freight provider to leave the goods at the address provided without the presence of a person to sign for the goods and in doing so, absolves Suspension Mega Store and the freight provider of any loss or damage to the goods once delivered.

If No is selected the customer understands that any re-delivery charges incurred may be passed onto the customer.

To avoid any additional cost or loss of goods ensure the address provided will have someone present to accept the goods, for example a business/work or relatives address.


Prior to sending anything back please contact our Customer Service Team at contactus@suspensionmegastore.com.au. A Customer Service Representative will be in touch with instructions on how to return the goods.

Goods can be returned within 21 days of the order date as long as they are un-opened, undamaged and have not been fitted. Freight back to Suspension Mega Store will be at the cost of the purchaser. Once the returned goods are received, inspected and are in the required condition a refund will be issued.

If a part doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by Suspension Mega Store, we will arrange return shipping and exchange the part. If a refund is required this will be processed back to the original purchaser through the original payment method.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

The above stated terms and conditions exclude ST Suspension products. Please see selected ST kit for detailed returns and exchange information.


Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by Suspension Mega Store are sold under the Manufacturer’s Warranty and Conditions from the date of purchase.

Warranty disputes will be remedied in conjunction with the Manufacturer.
This may be in the form of replacement, refund or repair of the fault part only. No installation, labour or wheel alignment costs incurred by the customer in relation to the faulty part are covered by the warranty.
